We’ve found that a lot of our customers have similar questions from the plant selection process through buying options, shipping, customization and how to hang the gardens. How are orders shipped and how long do they take?
FedEx fulfills all of our orders and we ship within 3-5 days of purchase. Depending on the order, FedEx doesn’t always deliver complete in orders in one delivery. Sometimes boxes get separated in transit.
What does “preserved” mean?
Preserved products means “enjoy your gardens with zero care needed.” Our Moss and Bark Bio Panels as well as Social Distancing Bio Room Dividers fall into this category. You can simply unbox, hang or mount and enjoy without ever having to worry about watering, sunlight or any other care.
What is your return policy?
The return policy is posted on our site here and is always up-to-date.
Are gardens are watered when shipped?
Yes, our gardens are watered and prepped to survive shipping and arrive in perfect condition to your doorstep.
What materials are the frames made of?
Vertical garden and mini garden frames are made from reclaimed barn wood.
What materials are the grid and tray systems made of?
Grid and trays are made from industrial plastics and are weather and UV protected. Therefore, they can be used in any environment whether it be an indoor or outdoor space. The living wall art planters are made of fiberglass and are also weather and UV protected.
Do you sell custom frame options?
There are no custom frames available. However you can see each of our vertical framed gardens and mini gardens come in oak, walnut, gray and black finishes.
Do you sell custom gardens?
Yes. Please contact us to discuss your custom garden needs. We can also make pet friendly gardens and work with herbs upon request.
What type of light is best for the gardens?
We design our gardens for low light spaces. If you have questions about finding the right garden for your space, please contact us.
Is hardware included to install my framed garden?
Both the grid and tray and living wall art planter options come with hardware and you can select wood/aluminum, masonry or drywall mounting hardware before checkout. All other products do not come with mounting hardware.
