We gladly accept returns and exchanges.
Contact us within 3 days of delivery and ship items back within 5 days of delivery with the original box and packaging.
We don't accept cancellations but please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Exceptions may apply.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders, or any orders that includes live plants.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
